I always dreamed about owning a cruise bike i have booked this bike long back but the booking was cancelled i lost hope of buying this bike and i wasn't thinking about buying any bike since i mostly use car. One day i got an expected call from the showroom saying bikes are available. Since the first time my booking was cancelled my dad had zero interest in buying me that again. We went out for a work he was tired and sleeping without letting him know i took him to the showroom and showed him the bike that's it there he saw the bike and was impressed. That's it that's how i got my baby black.

The showroom salesmen know all the complainants and still, they lie bout the bike.
Good ergonomics for long highway rides, but not at all made city and off roads, even though claimed ground clearance is better than royal enfield, the double stand is at a height of just 50-60mm from the ground and hits even fr a minor bump in the city.
Service cost is too high, and have to wait a lot for spares,
I changed my brake pads twice, first at 6k kms and next at 14k.
Due to the delay, the motor problem bike had to be towed to the showroom as there is no kick start at 13k kms.
Now there is a front abs problem.
And the major and dangerous issue is frequent alignment problems, cuz of rusting of spokes. I had to get the wheel aligned twice just within 15k kms.
(summarising - brakes, spoke wheels, service cost, time-consuming services, no after-market spare parts, high rpm issue, and poor electrical wiring are the major issues).

In case of benelli the service and spares can be a problem as it was in case of fiat. All parts might be imported means no local vendor my be supplying parts thus spares will be very costly. Resale value can't be expected in benelli. Keeping in view all such reasons enfield meteor can be a better choice. Benelli seems to be very good but it should have been a choice if it's price is lower.

Less ground clearance, suspension is too soft.2, front mudguard hits the crash guard, that causes the dent on the front mudguard. If i cannot ride along with pillion on Indian road, there is not point in going ahead for this.

    2. After first service, heating issue and the little issue have been completely resolved. Beautiful beast this one is.
    3. Looks awesome, Has a serious road presence, torque is real good on all ranges.
    4. Servicing cost is bit on higher side but up to the mark.

We've been riding the Benelli Imperiale400 for a while now- around 2000km if we talk numbers. And the majority of those kilometres have been clocked riding in the city. While my commute mostly consists of open stretches of road and fast-moving traffic, there were more than...

While we have ridden the Imperiale before, it was only for a couple of days. This time the modern retro stays with us for a healthy 180 days through which I will be riding it in and around the city, doing some intercity commutes, and a couple of long-distance rides too. So,...
